Position: Sales Manager / Field Sales Executive

Location: All over Kolkata

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (+ Travel Allowance)

• Language Requirement: Hindi (average proficiency)
• English (average proficiency)
• Experience: Must have prior experience in a similar sales profile (field sales, client acquisition, business development).

🔑 Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients across Kolkata.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Report daily/weekly sales activities to management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries effectively.

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile: Male candidate with proven experience in sales/field sales.

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (average level acceptable).
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Kolkata.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and result oriented.
