Purpose Of this Role: To generate business through agents and activities

Main Responsibility:

• Recruitment of the New agents and engaging with the existing agents
• Planning and devising the local scheme and engagement program for Agents
• Ensuring the agent’s productivity and activation
• Product Training to agent and agent’s life cycle management
• Brand development by conducting sales campaigns
• Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction
• Ensuring meeting of the goal sheet targets month on month basis
