About the Role- The Insurance Sales Manager is responsible for driving life insurance sales through a team of advisors/agents, recruiting and developing talent, achieving business targets, and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance. The role focuses on team productivity, market expansion, and sustainable revenue growth.

• Sales & Business DevelopmentAchieve assigned sales targets (premium, policies, activation, persistency).
• Drive sales of life insurance products including Term, ULIP, Savings, Pension, and Health Riders.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop local market penetration strategies.
• Support advisors in customer meetings, presentations, and closures.
• Team Recruitment & DevelopmentRecruit, onboard, and train insurance advisors / agents.
• Motivate and manage the advisor team to ensure consistent productivity.
• Conduct regular training sessions on products, sales techniques, and compliance.
• Build a high-performing and engaged sales team.
