1️⃣ Branch ManagerResponsibilities:

• Lead and manage branch operations
• Develop business strategies to achieve sales targets
• Guide and motivate the team
• Maintain relationships with customers and partners
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch

Requirements:

• Graduation preferred
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Experience in sales/insurance sector is an advantage

2️⃣ Relationship ManagerResponsibilities:

• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Assist clients in choosing the right insurance policies
• Provide post-sales support and resolve queries
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Good communication & customer handling skills
• Ability to explain insurance products clearly
• Sales experience is a plus

3️⃣ Managing PartnerResponsibilities:

• Manage overall business growth
• Build a network of advisors/agents
• Lead sales development activities
• Maintain high service quality

Requirements:

• Prior experience in insurance/financial services
• Leadership mindset
• Strong networking ability

4️⃣ Back Office ExecutiveResponsibilities:

• Handle documentation & policy data entry
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams
• Maintain customer records
• Provide backend support for smooth processing

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
