SPRODE INDIA B2B Sales Professional - Eastern India Entrepreneurial Opportunity in Premium Electronics


Position Overview

SPRODE INDIA, established in 2016, is a pioneer in introducing cutting-edge technology to the Indian market. We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven sales professional to join our team as a Regional B2B Sales Manager for Eastern India. This is not just a job – it's an entrepreneurial opportunity for someone who wants to be rewarded proportionally to their success. The ideal candidate will spearhead the development and expansion of our dealer-distributor network for premium electronic products, with a focus on our high-end projectors (priced around ₹4 lakhs) and other innovative electronics.


Primary Responsibilities

Establish, develop, and manage a robust dealer-distributor network across Eastern India Identify and pursue B2B bulk order opportunities with corporate clients, educational institutions, entertainment venues, and more Achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets through strategic business development Build and nurture relationships with key market players in the electronics distribution sector Represent SPRODE at trade shows, industry events, and business networking opportunities Conduct product demonstrations for high-value clients and potential distribution partners Gather market intelligence and provide valuable insights to help optimize our product offerings Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and network development progress 


Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales within the electronics industry Established connections with electronics dealers and distributors in Eastern India Exceptional relationship-building, networking, and negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to close high-value sales (₹4 lakhs+ range products) Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently Excellent communication skills and professional presentation abilities Knowledge of projector technology and market trends (preferred) Understanding of distribution channels in the electronics sector Willingness to travel extensively within Eastern India Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets
