Job Description:
Position Summary: The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a proactive and creative individual who can effectively communicate the value of our fitness equipment to a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Create compelling marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Collaborate with the design and product development teams to ensure marketing materials are aligned with brand messaging and product features.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and product demonstrations to showcase our products.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field would be an added advantage
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the fitness or related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our product line and be able to effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers.
