Job Description:

Position Summary: The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a proactive and creative individual who can effectively communicate the value of our fitness equipment to a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Create compelling marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Collaborate with the design and product development teams to ensure marketing materials are aligned with brand messaging and product features.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and product demonstrations to showcase our products.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field would be an added advantage
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the fitness or related industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our product line and be able to effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers.
