Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B and enterprise software sales, developing new client relationships, and achieving business growth targets. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, communication, and building long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and develop relationships with new B2B clients.
• Promote and sell company software solutions to enterprises.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions.
• Maintain client databases and track sales leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and share regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate.
• Experience:
• Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
• 1–2 years of relevant B2B/Enterprise Sales experience: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on knowledge and skills)
• Dress Code: Formal attire required.
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives as per targets achieved.

Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and client relationship management.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and software will be an advantage.
