Job Title: Marketing Manager – PVC CompoundsRole OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic marketing professional with experience in PVC compounds / polymers / cables / plastics industry to drive business growth, develop new customers, and strengthen market presence across B2B segments.

• Key Responsibilities1. Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new customers in industries such as:
• Wires & cables
• Pipes & fittings
• Automotive
• Footwear & consumer goods
• Expand market share for rigid and flexible PVC compounds
• Generate and convert leads into long-term business relationships
• 2. Key Account ManagementManage existing clients and ensure repeat business
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical team for customized compounds
• Maintain strong relationships with purchase, production, and R&D teams of clients
• 3. Technical MarketingWork closely with production/R&D for product development
• Support customers with product trials and approvals
• Handle technical queries related to:
• Flame retardancy
• Heat resistance
• Electrical properties
• Compliance standards
• 4. Market IntelligenceTrack competitor activities, pricing trends, and new product launches
• Identify new application areas for PVC compounds
• Provide regular market feedback to management
• 5. Sales Planning & ExecutionAchieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales forecasts and budgets
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry meets
• 6. Coordination & DocumentationCoordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, QA) for timely delivery
• Handle pricing, negotiations, and contracts
• Ensure proper documentation for orders and dispatch
