Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with prior sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, follow-ups, and revenue generation through financial product sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through outbound calling and database follow-ups
• Convert leads into active clients through structured sales process
• Explain financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Investment Plans, etc.)
• Fix appointments for senior advisors / close deals independently
• Maintain CRM, follow-up records, and daily call reports
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of prior sales experience (mandatory)
• Experience in financial services / insurance / banking / broking preferred
• Comfortable with outbound calling and lead generation
• Good English communication skills (Hindi & Bengali preferred)
• Target-oriented and confident personality
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
