Job Description:

Nextgen Plasma Pvt. Ltd., a leader in advanced cutting and welding solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales of our industrial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Nextgen Plasma’s range of products to customers across various industries.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power Electronics, Automation, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in industrial sales or marketing preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
• Willingness to travel as required.
