Roles & Responsibilities:

Promote Flat4sale’s property listing and zero-brokerage services

Generate leads from field visits, references, and local marketing

Meet property buyers, sellers, and builders in assigned areas

Explain platform benefits, property listing plans, and services

Follow up with customers and update lead status

Coordinate with office and CRM team for closures

Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets

Eligibility & Skills Required :

Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)

Good communication skills in Bengali / Hindi (basic English preferred)

Hardworking, target-oriented, and self-motivated

Willing to work in the field

Smartphone mandatory.
