Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales & Marketing Executive who will visit malls, shops, and business locations to onboard merchants onto our application. The role also involves generating leads and selling websites and mobile applications to businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit malls, shops, and commercial areas to enlist and onboard shops onto our application

Explain application features, benefits, and onboarding process to shop owners

Generate new business leads for website and mobile application development

Pitch and sell websites, mobile apps, and digital solutions to businesses

Maintain daily field activity reports and lead follow-ups

Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and business clients

Achieve weekly and monthly sales and onboarding targets

Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, demos, and client support

Collect market feedback and competitor information

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience in field sales, marketing, or business development (preferred)

Comfortable with outdoor/field work

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of websites, mobile apps, or digital services is an advantage

Ability to convince and close deals

Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

Smartphone and basic computer knowledge required
