Sales & Marketing Executive

ou will be the voice of our company, managing inbound enquiries from major trade portals and proactively hunting for new business. If you are a persuasive communicator who thrives on hitting targets, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do:Drive Sales: Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients, present our products/services, and skillfully navigate objections to close sales.

Handle Enquiries: Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries from various trade portals (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia), qualifying leads and converting them into sales opportunities.

Manage the Full Cycle: Own the customer relationship from the initial call to the final sale, ensuring a smooth and professional process.

*Achieve Targets:*Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.

Maintain Records: Keep meticulous records of all calls, enquiries, and sales in our CRM system.

Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or in a similar sales role with a track record of closing deals.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

A go-getter attitude with the resilience to handle rejection and stay motivated.

Ability to learn products quickly and present them with confidence.

Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.

Two-Wheeler Driving Knowledge:

Digital Content Familiarity: Experience with "Two-Wheeler Digital Editing," such as managing product listings, editing images, or updating specifications for online portals.

Basic Accounts Knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting principles, such as preparing quotations, creating invoices, and following up on outstanding payments.
