Job SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating sales, conducting customer demonstrations, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring effective before-sales and after-sales support. The role is target-oriented and requires strong customer handling, product knowledge, and follow-up discipline.

• Key Responsibilities1. Sales & MarketingIdentify and develop new customers through calls, visits, references, and digital leads
• Promote company products and services effectively
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and follow-up status
• Coordinate with internal teams to close deals efficiently
• 2. Pre-Sales ActivitiesUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Arrange and conduct home demos / in-store demos as required
• Explain product features, pricing, warranty, and delivery terms clearly
• Ensure proper documentation before order confirmation
• 3. Home Demo & Customer VisitsConduct professional home demos with proper product handling
• Build customer confidence through clear explanations and demonstrations
• Collect feedback and report customer queries to management
• 4. Delivery CoordinationCoordinate delivery schedules with customers and internal teams
• Ensure open-box delivery where applicable
• Assist during installation, unboxing, and basic operational guidance
• Ensure delivery acknowledgment and completion formalities
• 5. After-Sales SupportAct as the first point of contact for post-sale customer coordination
• Assist customers in service requests, warranty claims, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with service teams and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business
• 6. Target & Performance ResponsibilityStrictly target-oriented role with defined sales goals
• Regular reporting on leads, conversions, demos, and closures
• Performance reviews based on target achievement and work discipline
• 7. Reporting & ComplianceDaily and weekly reporting to management
• Follow company policies, pricing discipline, and communication standards
• Maintain professional conduct during customer interactions
• Skills & RequirementsExperience in sales, marketing, or field sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel for home demos and customer visits
• Basic understanding of machines/products (training will be provided)
• Honest, loyal, disciplined, and result-oriented mindset
• Notice Period1 (One) Month Notice Period mandatory from either side
• Salary or notice period buyout as per company policy
