Sales & Marketing Executive

Renovar is a manufacturer of PET, PP, HIPS, PLA sheets. We offer sustainable packaging solutions for FMCG and Pharmaceutical industries.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Kolkata Area for a Sales Executive at Renovar Ventures Private Limited. The Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, closing new deals, and managing relationships with existing clients. Additionally, he/she will work closely with other departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Developing sales and marketing strategies
• Generating leads and reaching out to prospective customers
• Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and even in person
• Handling and resolving client queries and complaints
• Preparing and drafting proposals and quotes
• Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data
• Coordinating with other departments within the manufacturing and back office domains to ensure smooth sales pipelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional negotiation and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Experience in B2B sales is required
