Job Description
- Job Summary RSS Engineering is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our sales team. This is a field-based role focused on expanding our B2B client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing our brand, presenting our diverse engineering and steel product portfolio, and driving sales growth through consistent client engagement.Key Responsibilities * Field Visits: Conduct 3 to 4 scheduled B2B client visits daily to build and maintain strong professional relationships.Product Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations on the RSS Engineering product portfolio, highlighting technical specifications and value propositions.
- Lead Management: Identify potential business opportunities and maintain a steady pipeline of prospective clients.
- Follow-ups: Execute rigorous follow-up protocols with leads to address queries, provide additional information, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and successfully close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs of client visits, feedback, and progress reports for management review.
- Requirements & Skills * Education: Graduate in any stream (Technical or Business background preferred).Communication: Strong verbal communication and presentation skills in English Hindi and Bengali.
- Aptitude: A "go-getter" attitude with a strong interest in industrial sales and engineering products.
- Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driving license for daily field visits.
- Soft Skills: Persistence, excellent negotiation skills, and a professional demeanor.
