Performance-Based | Incentives + Commission
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive customer footfall and online orders for our café. This role is 100% target-based, with attractive incentives and commissions linked directly to performance.
- Key Responsibilities:Sales & Revenue GrowthAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Increase walk-in customers, takeaway, and online orders
- Promote café offers, combos, and new menu items
- Generate bulk, corporate, and party orders
- Marketing & PromotionsExecute local marketing activities (flyers, society tie-ups, office visits)
- Manage promotions on Swiggy, Zomato, Magicpin
- Coordinate discount campaigns and festival offers
- Collect customer feedback and upsell products
- Partnerships & OutreachBuild relationships with nearby offices, hostels, colleges, and societies
- Identify collaboration opportunities with delivery platforms and influencers
- Handle basic brand promotion on social media (optional but preferred)
- Targets & Incentives:Fixed monthly sales targets
- High commission on every order beyond target
- Additional incentives for:
- Online order growth
- Bulk/corporate bookings
- Repeat customer acquisition
- Performance bonus for consistent achievers
- Eligibility & Skills:Prior experience in sales / marketing / food & beverage preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Result-oriented and self-driven
- Comfortable working with targets
- Knowledge of local area marketing is a plus
- Compensation:Low Fixed Pay (optional) + High Incentives
- No cap on earnings – performance decides income
- Travel allowance (if applicable)
