Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Identify potential customers through field visits, calls, and digital channels
- Explain company products/services and convert leads into sales
- Plan and support marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities
- Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
- Prepare sales reports, follow-up trackers, and basic MIS
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth delivery
- Required Skills:Good communication and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of sales & marketing techniques
- Customer-focused, energetic, and target-oriented
