Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven FMCG Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence for our fast-moving consumer goods. This role requires a proactive approach to territory management, client engagement, and sales target achievement.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.
• Visit retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers to promote and sell products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
• Ensure product visibility and availability at point-of-sale locations.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and shelf space with retailers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on customer preferences and market demand.
