Job Roles, Responsibilities And Description Of Marketing Executive 


1. Job Role 

1.1 This Job Description is applicable for All Designations falling under the Job Role of Marketing Executives.

1.2 Your job role is to do Digital Marketing and Software Selling to potential clients based on requirements and targets set by management and collect the payments accordingly.

1.3 Marketing Executives need to perform marketing activities and dealing with clients for taking up required projects.

2. Target

2.1 To maintain the per day set target by management in order to achieve weekly target.  

3. Job Status 

3.1 Marketing Managers are bound to take up projects from his/her customers and clients as per daily strength. 

3.2 It is mandatory to carry out marketing activities and deal with all active customers in order to achieve daily target as set by management. 

3.3 You need to verify the entire deadline work and there are no pending project left in the portal which is near about final deadline. 

4. Invoice, Payment and Overdue

5.1 You need to keep monitoring on daily basis so that there are no overdue in portal. Overdue payments of clients may have a negative impact on your performance appraisal.

5.2 You need to maintain the payment modes set by management.

6. Work Environment

6.1 You are expected to keep cooperation with Team managers and client’s in order to maintain positive working environment in organization.

7. Company Asset/Company Facility

8.1 On last working day of your Notice Period, all your company assets must be submitted at office in order to receive official release letter and final settlement amount.

8.2 In case of resignation without serving notice period, Marketing Executives have to submit all company assets (SIM card and Login Credentials of portal) on your last working day.

9. Social Media 

9.1 Unauthorized and excessive use of social media during shift time will be subjected to employment termination or unpaid employment suspension.

9.2 No official post can be given from personal social media account. 

10. Zero Tolerance 

10.1 You cannot leak out any internal operations or business-oriented strategies of the organisation to any outsider or do loose talk about the organisation or any other employee. 

10.2 Involvement in freelancing activities in our business vertical is strictly a big 'NO' while working with us. You are supposed to inform the Management immediately if you find any of your members involved in freelancing. Unsatisfactory explanations from you may also affect your performance appraisal.

10.3 Sexual harassment or victimisation and bullying of other employees are not tolerated here. Discrimination against employees based on race, caste, gender and disability is prohibited. 

10.4 The Company has zero tolerance towards unprofessional employee behaviour at the workplace. Under any circumstances, you cannot be rude to your co-workers, supervisors or subordinates & use any unparliamentarily words or misconduct. If any employee shows an unprofessional attitude towards work or you, inform your utmost hierarchy accordingly but do not reciprocate rudely.

10.5 You must be devoted to the organisation full-time as per your shift timing and cannot involve yourself in any other work during this time. You cannot apply yourself in the same business vertical as ours outside the office premises at any time during your employment with us. If Management finds you in such involvements, your job will be subject to termination. 

Please note: Marketing Managers, if ever found involved in any activity under the 'Zero Tolerance' policy, will be subject to on-the-spot termination. 

11. Restrictions 

11.1 You cannot post any official photos of company within office premises.

11.2 Cannot lend or borrow money or place yourself under pecuniary obligation to any other employee

11.3 Not entitled to give or accept any gifts, gratuity or unofficial reward from your co-worker, subordinates or hierarchy.

11.4 Cannot be engaged in marketing or freelancing activities for other organisations/self during your current employment; otherwise, it can lead to termination.

11.5 Disclosing confidential information regarding the job outside the organisation with/without purpose.

11.6 The act of sharing official credentials is a grave offence, and you should not share your corporate credentials with any of your co-workers without the permission of the approving authority

11.7 Leaving the floor early without completing daily tasks without informing the hierarchy is strictly prohibited on any specific date. It may affect your performance appraisal.

11.9 Must only convey all comments/instructions via Project Management Portal.

N.B.: All roles and responsibilities are based on the current scenario; any time management can change or update the ones mentioned above without any concern with any designation. Company will not provide any allowance regarding food and lodging accommodation. Candidates need to arrange their accommodation by themselves.
