Sales & Marketing Executive

Handle end-to-end sales for nonwoven fabrics and custom bags used in packaging, medical, agriculture, and hygiene applications. 

REQUIREMENT:

• Education : Bachelor's in Business/Commerce
• Experience : 1-3 years in manufacturing sales
• Skills : Negotiation, MS Excel, Hindi/English communication 
• ​Preferred Knowledge of nonwovens/textiles

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Attend trade shows, collaborate with production for custom orders, and report sales performance weekly.
• Identify and prospect B2B clients (e.g., packaging firms, exporters, hospitals) via calls, visits, and networking; conduct market research on nonwoven demand.
• ​Maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, handle post-sales support, and gather feedback to improve offerings.
• Demo technical specs (e.g., GSM, tensile strength, breathability), negotiate volumes/pricing, and close B2B deals while coordinating with production/logistics for timely delivery.
