Job Title: Field Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary


The Field Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading field sales operations, driving revenue growth, developing marketing strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives. This role focuses on expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective field activities and promotional campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Management


Develop and implement field sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.


Set sales targets and monitor team performance against KPIs.


Conduct regular field visits to support and guide sales representatives.


Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.


Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.


2. Marketing & Promotion


Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.


Coordinate branding activities and ensure brand visibility in assigned territories.


Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.


Work closely with the marketing team to align field activities with company strategy.


3. Team Leadership


Recruit, train, and mentor field sales staff.


Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.


Motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets.


Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.


4. Customer Relationship Management


Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.


Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.


Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.


5. Reporting & Administration


Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data.


Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for senior management.


Manage sales budgets and monitor expenses.


Required Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree.


Proven experience (3–7 years) in field sales and marketing.


Strong leadership and team management skills.


Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.


Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories.


Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
