Sales & Marketing Manager

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you are responsible for driving sales of Kotak Life Insurance products and promoting the company’s brand and offerings to customers. You’ll work in the field and office to identify potential customers, explain life insurance solutions, support marketing activities, and help achieve business growth targets.

📋 Key Responsibilities🔹 Sales Duties

• Identify, approach, and engage potential customers to sell life insurance policies.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrate product benefits.
• Close insurance sales and help customers choose the right plans based on their needs.
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals/upgrades.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by MR Associates / Kotak Life.

📣 Marketing Duties

• Support and implement marketing campaigns — both offline (local promotions, events) and online.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and local trends.
• Help manage social media or digital marketing initiatives where required (posters, content, outreach).
• Track marketing activities to improve customer engagement results.

🤝 Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Resolve basic customer queries and provide after-sales support.
• Ensure customers understand policy features, benefits, and documentation.

📊 Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the team.
• Collaborate with team associates and supervisors for strategy and leads.
• Participate in meetings, exhibitions, or promotional events to boost outreach.
