Position: Center Business Manager

Location: Nabadwip, Chakdaha, Kalyani, Badartala, Hasnabad, Bhangar, Malancha, Haroa, Mograhat, Tamluk, Jagadishpur, Barrackpore, Kankinara, Bandel, Ashoknagar

Salary: Up to ₹27,000 Net Take Home per month + Incentive

Experience: Minimum 2.6 years in Healthcare/Pharmacy/Hospital/Diagnostics/Nursing Home

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2.6 years’ experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Pharmacy, Diagnostics, or Nursing Home
• Target-driven with strong operational understanding
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Nurses, Phlebotomists, and Receptionists
• Drive daily diagnostic revenue by:

1. Converting pharmacy customers through prescription checks
2. Engaging customer database through calls
3. Conducting hotspot activities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Coordinate with doctors and staff to improve patient services
• Handle customer concerns, team management, and operational issues
• Maintain inventory and ensure availability of medicines and equipment
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols
