Job Title: Sales Field Officer
Location: PAN India
Job Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Sales Head
Job Summary:
The Sales Field Officer will be responsible for generating leads, promoting company products and services, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. This role involves direct interaction with clients, field visits, and business development activities to expand the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to meet potential clients, distributors, and business partners.
Promote and sell company products and services across assigned areas.
Generate and manage leads through field marketing, cold calling, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local stakeholders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
Collect market feedback, competitor data, and customer insights.
Ensure proper documentation of sales activities and maintain accurate reports.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and field campaigns.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Represent the organization professionally in all interactions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets preferred.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and disciplined.
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or fieldwork preferred (not mandatory).
