Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.

Explain personal loan products, features, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to customers.

Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.

Coordinate with the credit and operations team to ensure timely disbursal of loans.

Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and cross-selling other products.

Meet monthly sales targets and ensure compliance with company policies.
