Job Title: Sales & Operations Manager - Pan India

Location: Kolkata (Corporate Office)

Experience: 5+ years in Pharma/Healthcare/FMCG channel operations

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking a tech-savvy Sales & Operations Manager to drive performance and accountability across our pan-India MRs, distributors, and doctor networks. You will leverage technology to monitor, optimize, and scale operations while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use tech tools to track and drive daily performance of MRs, distributors, and doctor engagements nationwide.
  • Ensure adherence to digital tour plans, sales targets, and partner commitments through real-time dashboards and CRM systems.
  • Audit and approve field expenses, claims, and incentives using automated workflows and reporting tools.
  • Act as the central performance catalyst—tracking, reporting, and escalating to ensure targets are met.
  • Serve as the primary tech-enabled liaison to senior management for sales, distribution, and network operations.

What We Look For:

  • Minimum Education: Graduate. MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • English Level: Professional Proficiency (tech reporting, digital communication, leadership updates).
  • Experience: 5+ years in multi-channel sales operations (MRs, distributors, doctors).
  • Tech-Savvy: Must be proficient with CRM software, MS Excel/Sheets, data dashboards, and field force tracking tools.
  • Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, Medical Devices.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
