Sales Team Leader

Job Summary:The Agency Development Manager (ADM) Is Responsible For Recruiting, Training, And Developing A Team Of Insurance Advisors Or Agents To Achieve Sales Targets And Business Growth. The ADM Plays A Key Role In Driving Sales Performance, Ensuring Productivity, And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Agents And Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Training

• Identify And Recruit Potential Insurance Advisors/Agents Through Various Channels.
• Conduct Induction Programs And Training Sessions To Enhance Agents’ Product Knowledge And Selling Skills.
• Motivate And Mentor Agents To Ensure Consistent Performance.

2. Business Development & Sales

• Drive Sales Through Advisors To Achieve Monthly And Annual Business Targets.
• Plan And Implement Effective Sales Strategies To Increase Market Penetration.
• Monitor Daily Sales Activities And Provide Performance Feedback To Agents.

3. Relationship Management

• Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Advisors, Clients, And Key Stakeholders.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction Through Quality Service And Timely Support.
• Address Grievances And Resolve Issues Promptly.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track Agents’ Performance Against Business Goals.
• Prepare Regular Sales Reports And Submit To Management.

Analyze Data To Identify Improvement Areas And Take Corrective Actions.
