• 🎯 Key Responsibilities👥 Recruit, train, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors
• 📈 Drive team performance to achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
• 🤝 Support advisors in lead generation, client meetings, and closures
• 📊 Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, and pipeline
• 🧠 Conduct regular training, coaching, and motivation sessions
• 📝 Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines
• 📍 Build strong presence in the local Behala market
• ✅ Eligibility & Requirements🎓 Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
• 💼 2–5 years of experience in Life Insurance / Agency Channel / BFSI Sales
• 🧑‍💼 Prior experience as Team Leader / Agency Manager / Sales Manager preferred
• 🗣️ Strong communication, leadership & people management skills
• 🎯 Target-driven mindset with problem-solving ability
• 🏠 Preference for candidates residing in or near Behala / South Kolkata
