Sales Team Leader

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. The role involves recruiting and building a strong sales team, driving business growth through them, and ensuring they are well-trained with complete product knowledge. The Team Leader will play a key role in mentoring, motivating, and guiding the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Team Building: Identify, recruit, and onboard new advisors/agents for the sales team.

Sales Generation: Drive business targets by motivating and guiding the team to generate insurance sales.

Training & Development: Provide structured training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.

Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, analyze gaps, and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales goals.

Guidance & Mentorship: Act as a mentor to the team, providing direction, motivation, and support throughout their sales journey.

Customer Focus: Ensure team members deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Reporting: Prepare and share sales reports, recruitment progress, and training effectiveness with management.

Key Requirements:

1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Insurance/Financial Services.

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and drive a team towards achieving business objectives.

Result-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
