Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader to lead our field sales team of sales and marketing professionals in promoting and selling automobiles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, mentoring team members, and implementing effective sales strategies to enhance brand recognition and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Foster a high-energy, results-driven sales culture.
  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify potential dealer segments and drive lead generation efforts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and dealer preferences to refine sales approaches.
  1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track sales metrics, evaluate team performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of sales techniques, lead generation, customer segmentation, and conversion strategies.
  • Automobile Industry Knowledge: Understanding of vehicle specifications, industry trends, and competitive market positioning.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage customers, close deals, and collaborate with team members.
  • Goal-Oriented Mindset: Ability to drive results, meet sales targets, and contribute to overall business growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing dealer networks and distribution channels.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is an advantage.

Salary:

  • Upto 35000/- per month (negotiable) + Incentive.
