Job Title: Sales Trainer – Banca

Location: As per business requirement (Travel Required)

Age Criteria: 23 – 30 Years

Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)

CTC Range: ₹18,000 – ₹27,000 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Trainer – Banca with hands-on experience in field sales and training. The ideal candidate should possess strong retail/FMCG sales exposure along with the ability to deliver impactful training sessions and adapt to evolving business requirements. The role involves frequent travel to nearby locations to conduct on-ground training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured sales training programs for Banca channel employees.
• Provide on-field coaching and practical sales guidance.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer through classroom and field-based training.
• Travel 7–10 days per month to nearby locations as per business needs.
• Prepare and submit detailed End-of-Day (EOD) training reports.
• Maintain accurate training records and reports using MS Excel.
• Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback for performance improvement.
• Adapt training content and delivery methods as per situational requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales training.
• Prior exposure to both field sales and training is required.
• Experience in core retail or FMCG sales environment preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
• Ability to adapt to changing business scenarios.
• Candidate should be willing to travel extensively.
• Preferably Male candidate.

Interview Guidelines (Face-to-Face Round)

• Candidates must be formally dressed.
• Carry two (2) copies of the updated CV.
• Report at the interview venue at the time confirmed by the recruiter.
• Thoroughly read the Job Description before appearing for the interview.
• Be prepared for multiple interview rounds and possible waiting time.
• Must be willing to travel to the interview location.
