Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Guards to join our team in Sonarpur-Baruipur . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety, monitoring premises, and ensuring a secure atmosphere at the assigned location.

• Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and authorize entry and exit of persons and vehicles.
• Patrolling premises regularly to maintain order and establish security presence.
• Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and report suspicious activities.
• Maintain daily activity logs, incident reports, and security records.
• Ensure safety protocols and company policies are followed.
• Protect property and assets against theft, damage, or unlawful activity.
• Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Physically fit and medically sound.
• Ability to work in shifts (day/night).
• Preferably experienced, but freshers may also apply.
• Good communication and discipline.
• Must provide valid ID and address proof during registration.
• Compensation & Benefits
• Monthly Salary: ₹10000-13000
• PF & ESI: Provided as per company norms
• Uniform & Registration Charges: ₹2,900 (one-time, mandatory)
• Overtime and other benefits as applicable.
