• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Height – 5’5” (165 cm).
• Minimum Experience – 2 Years in recognized security service (industrial, PSU, or defense establishment).
• Should be physically fit and mentally strong to perform long‑duration standing duties.
• Preference given to candidates with defense background or PSARA‑certified‑guards.
• Basic education – Matric (10th pass) or above.
• Must possess valid photo ID (Aadhaar / Voter ID), police verification certificate and local reference.
• Salary & BenefitsMonthly Remuneration: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (based on experience)
• PF & ESI Coverage as per statutory law.
• Annual Uniform & Shoes Issue Kit.
• Weekly Off on rotation.
• Overtime for extended duty hours (if approved by client).
• Desirable AttributesEx‑Servicemen / trained security guards preferred.
• Good behavior, discipline, and prompt reporting skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations (patrol alert, visitor management, vehicle entry checking).
• Candidate must be ready for immediate joining after verification.
