Role Overview

We are looking for disciplined and alert Security Guards for deployment at New Alipore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, maintaining order, and protecting property and personnel at the assigned location.

• Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and control entry/exit of people and vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrolling to ensure security and safety.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
• Maintain security logs, registers, and daily reports.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and company guidelines.
• Assist in emergency situations when required.
• Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum education: 10th Pass
• Minimum height: 5 ft 6 in
• Age: 18–45 years
• Physically fit and disciplined
• Basic communication skills
• Previous experience in security is preferred but not mandatory.
• Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: ₹12,000 per month
• PF & ESI: Provided as per statutory norms
