Location: New Alipore, Kolkata
Position: Armed Guard / Personal Security Officer (PSO)
Working Hours: 8-hour shift
Salary: ₹35,000 per month

Role Overview
We are hiring Armed Guards / PSOs for a premium security assignment in New Alipore. The selected candidates will be responsible for safeguarding high-profile clients, ensuring personal protection, and maintaining secure surroundings.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide close protection to clients and ensure personal safety at all times.
- Carry and handle licensed firearms responsibly and as per protocol.
- Monitor surroundings and identify potential threats or risks.
- Escort clients during travel, movements, and daily activities.
- Maintain discipline, alertness, and professional conduct at all times.
- Act promptly and effectively in case of emergency or security incidents.
- Maintain logs, reports, and coordination with the security supervisor.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Must be trained and certified as an Armed Guard or PSO.
- Must possess a valid arms license (company or individual, as applicable).
- Age: 21–45 years
- Physically fit and mentally alert
- Minimum height preferred: 5 ft 7 in
- Good communication skills and professional behavior
- Previous experience in VIP security, industrial security, or armed guarding preferred
- Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹35,000
- PF & ESI: Provided as per statutory norms
