Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

💼 Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain books of accounts (Journal, Ledger, Cash Book)

Record daily transactions in accounting software (like Tally/ERP)

Bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking

🧾 GST & Taxation

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

Handle TDS calculation and filing

Ensure compliance with Indian tax laws

📊 Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Assist in budgeting and forecasting

Generate MIS reports for management

🧮 Payables & Receivables

Manage vendor payments and invoicing

Follow up on outstanding receivables

Maintain proper documentation for all transactions

📁 Audit & Compliance

Assist in internal and statutory audits

Maintain records as per compliance requirements

Coordinate with auditors and consultants

🛠️ Skills Required

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles

Proficiency in Tally, Excel, or ERP systems

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and organizational skills
