π Role Overview The Senior Business Development Associate (SBDA) plays a key role in driving business growth, managing high-value clients, supporting team performance, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. This role involves leadership, client handling, and strategic business development activities.
- π Key Responsibilitiesπ€ Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify and acquire high-potential customers for life insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, need analysis, and plan presentations.
- π Sales & Revenue AchievementConsistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote IndiaFirst Life's protection, savings, retirement & investment products.
- Convert leads provided by the company and generate self-sourced business.
- π Lead Management & Follow-upsManage and prioritize high-quality leads.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to understand customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate lead and client interaction records.
- π§© Strategy & Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities through networking and market understanding.
- Support branch activities, campaigns, and promotional events.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to management.
- π₯ Team Support & CoordinationMentor junior team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Coordinate with branch staff, managers, and channel partners.
- Help improve overall branch productivity and performance.
- π Documentation & ComplianceEnsure accurate proposal documentation and compliance with IRDAI norms.
- Maintain updated reports and submit them regularly to managers.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
