Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive professional to join our Corporate Communication team as an Assistant Manager – Sales Focus. This role primarily involves B2B tele calling to connect with decision-makers, promote our services/solutions, and build a robust pipeline of qualified leads. The individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by aligning communication strategies with sales objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage outbound B2B calls to potential clients (CEOs, Directors, Managers, and Decision-Makers).
  • Present company offerings clearly, persuasively, and in alignment with client needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of prospects across targeted industries.
  • Follow up diligently on leads, ensuring timely responses and conversions.
  • Support the sales team by scheduling appointments, demos, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine calling scripts, campaigns, and communication strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and lead status in CRM/Excel trackers.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Act as the first point of communication to establish trust and credibility with prospects.
  • Report daily/weekly progress and provide feedback on lead quality and market insights.
