📌 Position: Sr. Executive – Statutory Compliance & Operation (Staffing)

🌟𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨 :

🔸Candidate on boarding, Salary Structure Preparation, Offer & Appointment letter processing.

🔸Payroll processing for employees under different clients PAN India basis.

🔸Ensure complete CBD (collection, billing, disbursement) process cycle which includes processing of increment and appraisals, handling client queries, raising invoices, salary disbursement, report generation in respect of associates.

🔸Organize monthly Client meetings to ensure good relationship with primary focus on continuous quality improvement.

🔸 Maintain employees’ data, Pay slip provision, F&F Process.

🌟𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

🎓Education: Graduate/MBA.

📌 Experience: 2-3 Years in Staffing Operation

🔸Salary: 3-4 LPA
