Urgent Opening for Senior Graphic Designer (Brand & Marketing)

JOB TYPE: FULL TYPE

SALARY: 25,000/- to 30,000/- (CTC per month)

EXPERIENCE: Above 6 years experienced candidate can apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Campaign Development

• Conceptualize and design creatives for marketing campaigns, jewellery launches, seasonal offers, and showroom events.
• Create high-quality visuals for social media, digital ads, hoardings, brochures, catalogues, and store branding.
• Develop creative concepts that highlight jewellery craftsmanship and luxury branding.
• Design visuals for festival campaigns, bridal collections, anniversary offers, and promotional activities.

2. Brand Identity Management

• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
• Ensure all creatives follow the Panna Diamond World brand guidelines and premium visual standards.
• Develop templates and visual style guides for marketing campaigns.
• Support brand evolution and visual storytelling for the company.

3. Digital & Social Media Creatives

• Design engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Ads, and website banners.
• Create creatives such as carousel posts, reels thumbnails, promotional banners, and campaign ads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design creatives that increase engagement and conversions.

4. Print & Production Design

• Prepare artwork for hoardings, newspaper ads, POS materials, packaging, and store signage.
• Coordinate with printers, media agencies, and vendors for final production.
• Ensure correct color profiles, print quality, and final artwork specifications.

5. Project Management

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Work closely with marketing, management, and showroom teams to understand campaign requirements.
• Plan timelines for design execution and campaign launches.

6. Trend & Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, luxury branding styles, and social media design formats.
• Introduce innovative creative ideas for jewellery promotions and brand campaigns.

Skills & Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably retail, fashion, or jewellery industry).
• Strong portfolio in branding, advertising creatives, and marketing campaigns.
• Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva.
• Knowledge of social media creatives, digital marketing design, and print production.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and luxury branding.
• Ability to work under deadlines during campaign launches and events.

Preferred Skills

• Jewellery photography retouching
• Motion graphics / video editing
• AI design tools for faster creative production

Office Timing: 10.45 a.m. – 7.30 a.m (Monday to Saturday).
