Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and produce designs for social media, print materials, brochures, banners, website graphics, packaging, and brand collateral.
• Lead end-to-end design projects—from ideation and planning to execution and final delivery.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing and communication materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and digital teams to develop campaign creatives.
• Create motion graphics, short videos, and GIFs (preferred).
• Review and approve work of junior designers; provide feedback and guidance.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and vendors for production requirements.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and branding styles relevant to the industry.
• Prepare final artwork files for print and digital use.
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro preferred).
• Excellent creative thinking, visual communication, and layout skills.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and branding principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design (optional but preferred).
