Job Summary: Senior HR Manager || Admin


We are seeking a highly skilled Family Office Head & Investment Analyst with a strong background in equity markets and deep value investing. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment, while demonstrating strong ethics and integrity. The role involves building financial models, conducting industry research, and providing strategic recommendations for clients. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable in pitching to clients.


Responsibilities



  • Graduate in Commerce with relevant experience in Equity Markets
  • Deep understanding of value investing and long-term vision
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance
  • Strong ethics and integrity
  • Building financial models and maintaining databases
  • Interpretation of financial statements
  • Researching Indian and International companies across sectors
  • Aligned with fundamental research methodology
  • Deep industry research capability across sectors
  • Maintaining DCF models for each company
  • Good understanding of Accounting and Tax policies
  • Writing Notes for IPO and quarterly earnings
  • Creating Powerpoint presentations for client pitches
  • Learning data extraction software used for equity research
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to carry out Ratio Analysis
  • Analyzing and synthesizing research findings
  • Recommending stock ideas backed up by sound research
  • Detailed review of financial statements, estimates and projections
  • Developing in-depth valuation models for stocks

Skills and Experience



  • Graduate in Commerce, B.COM/M.COM/CA/CFA/MBA (Finance)
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Equity Markets
  • Knowledge of databases like Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Advanced level of Excel knowledge
  • Familiarity with research software like Capital-line, Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and networking skills
  • Ability to work in a self-managed, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong team player
