Job Description

Work closely with the talent acquisition team for a seamless hiring process
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across the various departments of the organization , Candidate should know Job Portal Noukri , Times , Shine Etc
Build a strong employer brand for the company, by finding and hiring the right candidate for the job
Keep track of job boards, social networks, and other platforms that enable HR hiring, with relevant job descriptions and announcements
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with applicant tracking systems and error free documentation
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
Fluency in English and Hindi ; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Strong Knowledge of Email Drafting & Letter Drafting
