Senior Interior Designer

JHR Group is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer specializing in residential projects. The ideal candidate should not only lead complete home interior projects but also act as a design consultant, guiding clients with expert advice, space planning solutions, material selection, and budget optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end residential interior projects (apartments, villas, luxury homes).

• Conduct client consultations to understand lifestyle, vision, and budget.
• Provide expert design consultancy for space planning, layouts, and aesthetics.
• Create detailed design concepts, mood boards, 2D/3D drawings, and presentations.
• Select materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and décor elements.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors.
• Ensure timely project execution within approved budget.
• Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Stay updated with current design trends and innovative materials.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain high satisfaction levels.

🔹 Required Skills

• 5–10+ years of proven experience in residential interior projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed home projects.
• Excellent knowledge of space planning and design principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop (or equivalent software).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle high-end clients and provide premium consultation.
• Strong vendor and site coordination experience.
