Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy MIS & E-Commerce Operations Executive who will manage reporting, bulk messaging campaigns, online order processing, and product listings across e-commerce platforms.

The candidate should have strong Excel/MIS knowledge along with hands-on experience in online store management and marketplace operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain sales, campaign, and order tracking sheets.
• Create dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure database accuracy and reporting discipline.

Bulk SMS & WhatsApp Campaign Management

• Execute bulk SMS campaigns
• Run WhatsApp broadcast campaigns
• Manage and segment lead/customer databases
• Track delivery, response, and conversion reports
• Maintain campaign performance MIS

E-Commerce & Online Operations

• Manage online orders from website and marketplaces
• Coordinate order processing and status updates
• Handle product listing, editing, and catalog management
• Upload and optimize product details
• Experience working on platforms like Shopify,Amazon,Flipkart

AI & Content Support

• Use AI tools for content drafting and campaign messages
• Assist in product description writing
• Support marketing automation workflows
• Generate performance summaries using AI tools

Required Skills

• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards)
• Hands-on experience in Shopify & marketplace listing
• Knowledge of bulk SMS & WhatsApp marketing tools
• Basic digital marketing understanding
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT,gemini or similar)
• Good communication skills

Qualification

Graduate in Commerce, IT, Business Administration, or related field

1–3 years experience in MIS / E-commerce Operations / Digital Marketing
