• 🤝 Relationship Building: Maintain healthy relationships with customers, advisors, and internal stakeholders.

• 📈 Market Expansion: Identify new markets, conduct promotional activities, and grow the business network.
• 📝 Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, IRDAI regulations, and ethical sales practices.
• 📚 Qualifications & Skills🎓 Graduation (any stream); MBA preferred.
• 💼 Experience in sales, agency development, or insurance distribution (preferred).
