Senior Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar & entry-level roles (E-commerce & Non E-commerce).
• Bulk hiring through Apna App, field sourcing, referrals, job portals, ITI/Polytechnic tie-ups.
• Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, and internal teams for mandate closure.
• Manage daily hiring targets, joining numbers, and reporting.
• Conduct screening, interviews, documentation & joining follow-ups.
• Guide and mentor junior recruiters, if required.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience from sourcing to joining.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (staffing industry preferred).
• Strong exposure to bulk / volume hiring.
• Good communication & coordination skills.
• Ability to work under targets and timelines.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms like Apna, Indeed, field hiring is a must.
• Good in Client acquisition too is a must
