Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing health insurance clients 🤝
- Acquire new clients through referrals, leads, and networking
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance plans
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets 🎯
- Coordinate with insurers for policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements
- Handle escalations and support clients during claims process
- Maintain accurate client data and MIS reports
