Job Title: Senior Sales Associate – Broadband Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for driving broadband service sales, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, promoting broadband plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell broadband / internet service plans to residential and business customers

Generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Explain broadband packages, pricing, and benefits to customers

Coordinate with installation and technical teams for new connections

Maintain customer database and sales reports

Handle customer queries and resolve service issues

Monitor competitor offers and market trends

Train and support junior sales associates if required

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of broadband / telecom products

Ability to meet aggressive sales targets

Customer relationship management skills

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Qualifications-12th pass and above

Salary- 15000 to 22000+ pf+ESI+ incentives

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

1-2 years of experience in telecom, broadband, or ISP sales

Preferred Experience

Experience with companies like Airtel, Jio, or ACT Fibernet in broadband or telecom sales is a plus.
